How to start

Register with your mobile number
Enter your mobile number and confirm it with a code sent to you on WhatsApp.
Add your products
From seller.cloudpastry.com or the CloudPastry Hub app: name, price, category and a photo.
Review, then publish
Your products are reviewed, then published in your store on the marketplace.
When requested, you provide your commercial register, tax card and the health licences your activity needs.

- Commission is a flat 5% on every plan, including Free, calculated on the product value of paid marketplace orders, not on delivery fees.
- Each extra branch is a fixed EGP 299/month (2,990/year) with its own POS and login. There are no bundles. An added seat renews with the account on the same date: its first invoice is prorated by the days left until the account renewal date, then all seats renew on one renewal invoice.
- An «admin user» is a seat without a POS for Growth accounts only, with one or more roles: storekeeper, accountant, central chef, branch manager, purchasing officer. Each role costs the Starter seat price (EGP 299/month or 2,990/year), capped at EGP 999/month (9,990/year); a «full access user» with every permission is EGP 999, incl. VAT. The account owner picks the branches each user sees and can switch permissions off within the roles.
- The app with your shop's name is a one-time add-on, EGP 20,000 incl. VAT, with any paid plan (Starter or Growth).
- No plan includes manufacturing or production orders; Growth has simple recipes only.

The POS runs on any regular Windows or Android device. If you want a ready device, the Smart POS is available lease-to-own:
- 3,900 EGP non-refundable down payment
- Then 600 EGP per month for 15 months
- After that, the device is yours

How much is the commission on orders?
Commission is calculated on the product value of paid marketplace orders, not on delivery fees. The rate is a flat 5% on every plan, including Free.
When do I receive my payouts?
Every day at 10:00 Cairo time, a payout draft is prepared for amounts 7 days after the customer received the order, and paid after approval by the accounts team, with no minimum; transfer fees are on CloudPastry. Payouts go to an Egyptian bank account (IBAN), InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash or Etisalat Cash.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free with no monthly fee, and the commission stays 5%. The remaining period is not refunded, your data is not deleted, and you can undo the cancellation before the period ends.
What if I renew late?
You have a 7-day grace period after the period ends. After that, the account is frozen and the POS and operations stop until the renewal invoice is paid.
Who delivers the orders?
The seller delivers with their own couriers, in the zones and with the fees they set in branch settings (from the Starter plan), or the customer picks up from the branch. CloudPastry has no courier fleet and no shipping companies. Buyers see shops that deliver to their address within about 15 km.
Do I need a special device for the POS?
No. The POS runs on any regular Windows or Android device. The CloudPastry Smart POS is optional: a 3,900 EGP non-refundable down payment, then 600 EGP per month for 15 months, after which the device is yours.
