What is CloudPastry?

CloudPastry is an all-in-one POS and management platform built specifically for bakeries, pastry shops and confectionery factories. It unifies point of sale, branches, production, e-invoicing, loyalty and delivery in one connected system.

Is it integrated with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA)?

Yes. CloudPastry integrates directly with the ETA e-invoicing platform, issuing approved electronic invoices and submitting them automatically the moment they are created.

Can it manage multiple branches and a central factory?

Yes. Manage unlimited branches from one central dashboard, link every branch to the central factory, and handle daily production orders, scheduling and distribution in real time.

How much does CloudPastry cost?

A free Marketplace plan (10% commission) plus three paid plans in Egyptian Pounds: Starter 299 EGP/mo (249 yearly), Growth 999 EGP/mo (833 yearly), and Pro 2,499 EGP/mo (2,083 yearly) — with 5%, 3% and 2% marketplace commission respectively.

Do you provide training and support?

Yes. Plans include training sessions and support, with priority support and a multi-branch control dashboard on Pro.

Do I have to buy a POS device?

No. You can use your own Android device, or rent a ready-to-use CloudPastry Smart POS: a 30% refundable deposit (EGP 3,900) plus EGP 600/month billed with your plan. The device is preloaded and remotely protected, stays CloudPastry-owned, and the deposit is returned when you give it back.
