Questions about CloudPastry
What is CloudPastry?
CloudPastry is a marketplace and management platform for bakeries and pastry shops. It brings an online marketplace store, point of sale, inventory, loyalty and delivery settings together in one system.
Is it integrated with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA)?
Not yet. ETA e-invoice settings are available on Starter and above, but submission to the Tax Authority is still being activated. We will announce it when it is live.
Can it manage multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch is one seat with its own POS. Pro includes 3 seats, and you can add a seat for any extra branch at the price of the plan you choose for it. Manufacturing (production orders and bills of materials) is not included in any plan at this time.
How much does CloudPastry cost?
A free Marketplace plan (10% commission) plus three paid plans in Egyptian Pounds, VAT included: Starter EGP 299/mo (EGP 2,990 yearly), Growth EGP 999/mo (EGP 9,990 yearly) and Pro EGP 2,499/mo (EGP 24,990 yearly), with 5%, 3% and 2% marketplace commission. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes. We help you set up your store and answer your questions on WhatsApp (+20 110 029 0291) and by email (info@cloudpastry.com).
Do I have to buy a POS device?
No. You can use your own Windows or Android device, or take the optional CloudPastry Smart POS on a lease-to-own plan: EGP 3,900 down payment (30%, non-refundable) plus EGP 600 per month for 15 months (EGP 12,900 in total). Ownership passes to you after the last instalment; the terms are set in the device agreement.
