الحساب والطلب

يرجى تقديم بيانات تواصل وتسليم صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب أو إتمام الطلب. قد يضم الطلب منتجات من أكثر من بائع؛ وفي هذه الحالة قد يُقسَّم إلى طلبات مرتبطة بكل بائع. تظهر القيمة الإجمالية للطلب قبل تأكيده.

التوفر والدفع والتوصيل

تتوقف إمكانية إتمام الطلب ووسائل الدفع والتوصيل على الخيارات المعروضة في صفحة إتمام الطلب. تتبع متابعة الطلب وحالته البيانات الظاهرة في حساب العميل أو رسائل الطلب. لا يعني عرض منتج ضمان توفره عند كل وقت.

حقوق المستهلك

تظل الحقوق المقررة للمستهلك بموجب القانون المصري سارية. توضح سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد طريقة التعامل مع طلبات الإرجاع والسلع المعيبة، ولا تحد هذه الشروط من الحقوق القانونية.

Accounts and orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order containing products from multiple sellers may be split into linked seller orders. The total is shown before you confirm the order.

Availability, payment and delivery

Checkout depends on the options displayed for that order. Order progress is shown in the customer account or order messages. A listed product may become unavailable.

Consumer rights

Rights under applicable Egyptian consumer law remain in force. See the Return and Refund Policy for returns and defective goods. These terms do not restrict statutory rights.
