سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

تدير شركة Hunters LLC منصة كلاود باستري. تحافظ هذه السياسة على حقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب القانون المصري، وتُراجع طلبات الإرجاع بحسب طبيعة المنتج وحالته وسبب الطلب.

الإرجاع دون عيب

يبين جهاز حماية المستهلك حق الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من استلام السلعة دون إبداء سبب، مع الاستثناءات القانونية. قد ينطبق استثناء على السلع سريعة التلف أو التي لا يمكن إعادتها إلى حالتها عند التعاقد أو التي تغيرت حالتها بسبب المستهلك؛ ويُقيّم كل طلب وفق طبيعة السلعة والوقائع ذات الصلة. لا تُستبعد جميع المنتجات الغذائية بصورة مطلقة.

السلعة المعيبة

يبين جهاز حماية المستهلك حق استبدال السلعة المعيبة أو إرجاعها خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام. عند إخطار المورد بالعيب، يلتزم المورد بناءً على طلب المستهلك بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ورد القيمة دون تكلفة إضافية خلال أسبوع من تاريخ اللجوء إليه، ويُرد المبلغ بذات طريقة الشراء. تظل حقوقك في حالة العيب قائمة حتى إذا انطبق استثناء على الإرجاع دون سبب.

تقديم الطلب

استخدم قسم التواصل في الموقع، وأرفق رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة وأي مستندات أو صور تساعد على مراجعتها. يُنظر في الاستحقاق وطريقة رد المبلغ وفق القانون ووقائع الطلب، دون فرض شروط تقلل من الحقوق القانونية.

Hunters LLC operates CloudPastry. This policy preserves consumer rights under Egyptian law. Return requests are assessed according to the product, its condition and the reason for the request.

Returns without a defect

Egypt's Consumer Protection Agency describes a 14-day right to return or exchange goods after receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Exceptions may apply to rapidly perishable goods, goods that cannot be returned to their original condition, or goods changed by the consumer. Each request is assessed on its facts. Food products are not excluded as a whole category.

Defective goods

The Consumer Protection Agency describes a 30-day right to return or exchange defective goods. After the consumer reports the defect to the supplier, the supplier must, at the consumer's request, replace or take back the goods and refund their value within one week of that report, at no additional cost. The refund is made by the same method used for the purchase. Rights concerning defects remain available where an exception to no-reason returns applies.

How to request a return

Use the site's contact section with the order number, a description of the issue and any helpful documents or photos. Eligibility and any refund are handled according to law and the facts of the order, without limiting statutory rights.
