CloudPastry is an online platform operated by Hunters for Trade and Supply Chains LLC ("Hunters, LLC"), a limited-liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Commercial Registration No. 2578 (Gamasa) · Unified Commercial Registry No. 11090000002578 · Tax Registration No. 648-530-116. Registered office: Damietta, Egypt. Throughout this document, "CloudPastry", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hunters, LLC operating the CloudPastry platform.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudPastry website, marketplace and applications (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

CloudPastry is a software and online marketplace that connects customers with independent bakeries, pastry shops and confectionery sellers ("Sellers"), and provides point-of-sale and management software to those Sellers. CloudPastry is operated by Hunters, LLC in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.

3. Marketplace Model

For marketplace orders, the contract of sale for the products is concluded between you and the relevant Seller. CloudPastry provides the technology that enables the transaction and, where applicable, facilitates payment and delivery. Each Seller is responsible for the description, quality, safety, preparation and lawful sale of its own products, including compliance with food-safety regulations.

4. Orders & Prices

  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and, where applicable, are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Egyptian tax law.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We and the Seller reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Electronic tax invoices are issued through the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing system where required.

5. Payment

The Platform accepts payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include cash on delivery, an in-app wallet, and online card payment processed by our licensed payment service provider (Paymob). Card data is entered on the secure, PCI-DSS-compliant pages of the payment provider; CloudPastry does not store full card numbers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, areas and fees are shown before you confirm your order and may vary by Seller and location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is provided in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

8. Sellers & Subscriptions

Sellers using CloudPastry software subscribe to a plan (Free, Starter, Growth or Pro) and may pay a marketplace commission as published on the Platform. Subscription fees, commissions, the optional Smart POS device rental, billing cycles and cancellation terms are presented at sign-up. Sellers are solely responsible for their tax, licensing and regulatory obligations.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful or harmful content, infringing intellectual-property rights, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

The CloudPastry name, logo, software and content are owned by Hunters, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. No right or licence is granted to you except as necessary to use the Platform as intended.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, CloudPastry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent Egyptian courts. Consumers may also refer complaints to the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
